извините ,я понимаю ,что песня старая ,но тем не менее как же хорошо комментаторы играют в капитана очевидность. в песне всё дословно показано ,есть так же и субтитры. так остался вопрос: не уж то кто-то реально не понял смысла? всё говорится буквально и ,пусть ,метафор сравнений здесь не мало ,но они дают чёткие наводки на происходящее. как же очевидно то ,что поётся про бедного ,несчастного трубочиста ,которого не воспринимают ,как личность. мне не кажется ,что здесь нужно что-то разбирать и объяснять..

"Spit spat" Spit is.. Well spit,, and Spat is arguing abt something,, but they're usually terms confunsed- "Pitter patter" is seems like is refering to the foosteps of the gingerbread man. So a quick look to the Gingerbread storytale; a gingerbread man comes to life and escapes from people/animals trying to eat him. He eventually gets caught by a fox which is more astute than him.
